How do I receive my files?
Immediately after payment you will see download buttons on the thank-you page, and we email the same links to you. Links work for 7 days.
Is anything shipped?
No. Every product is a digital file that you print yourself at home, at a local print shop or with an online printing service.
What sizes are included with wall art?
Five ratios at 300 DPI: 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11×14 and ISO (A-sizes). Together they cover standard frames from 4×6 in up to 24×36 in, and A5 up to A1.
What format are coloring pages?
PDFs in both US Letter and A4, single-sided, pure black line art at 300 DPI. Print them as many times as you like for personal use.
Can I get a custom design?
Custom orders aren’t a self-serve product yet, but we take design inquiries on the Commissions page and reply personally.
Do you offer refunds?
Because files are delivered instantly, sales are final. If a file is faulty or you can’t download it, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
Is the art AI-assisted?
Yes — our designs are original digital artworks made with AI tools, then curated and prepared for print in-house. They are not hand-painted.
Can I sell prints or use the designs commercially?
No. Purchases are licensed for personal use only — see Printing & licensing.
